MANISHA PANWAR

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE COACH

Manisha has over 23 years of experience in Human Resources with 14 plus years in Performance and Life Coaching. A Certified Coach from Results Coaching Systems in 2009(Affiliated to International Coach Federation), Manisha has coached over 500 top and mid level executives.
Combining the powerful tool of Emotional Intelligence in Coaching engagements, she has supported clients in achieving professional and personal goals. She has handled Human Resources Projects, Outplacement Projects, Interview coaching, initiated HR processes, Training Initiatives, handled end to end Recruitments for clients across industries and managed a CBSE affiliated school.
She has experience with cross sectional industries including Shipping, Education, Travel and Consulting.
She has a Masters in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara.

A bibliophile who loves to read everything she can lay her hands on, is an avid coffee lover who finds  coffee conversations fulfilling because of people from diverse backgrounds. She is born to a military family leaving her travel DNA intact as she craves for wanderlusting. She loves to pen her random thoughts and maintains a life blog called brewathought.in and emptynestraveler.com

Her mantra in life is make conversations because they lead to lifetime friendships!

Dipti Shah

Co-Founder & life coach

Dipti is a Masters in Commerce. Equipped with over twenty years of experience in Hiring and Talent Acquisition, Dipti is a certified Results Trained Coach from The Neuroleadership Institute, Australia. With an entrepreneurial DNA, Dipti began her career managing her father’s business and slowly ventured into Hiring. After spending time with countless executives in her career, Dipti decided that she needs to contribute much more than what she has to offer as expertise. She became interested in Coaching as she felt that everything she was doing in managing careers of her candidates was similar to Coaching except that she needed a structure.
She uses Coaching in a way that she could use the methodology to better the career choices and dilemmas of her candidates and clients both.
Today, she advises small scale and start up clients with their recruitment plans and onboards candidates as Coachees to support their career progression. Apart from this, her forte is to revitalise the career paths of women who are on sabbatical, work breaks and are trying to find a meaning to their lives.

When she is not Coaching people, she is a chocolatier  with  a  passion  to  recycle  home  reusables to  home  decor  items. Dipti  believes  in  long  term  friendships who is high on empathy!

MALAVIKA ARUN

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - HR & ASSESSMENTS

An MBA in Human Resource Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, Delhi University, Malavika is a certified administrator of psychometric instruments such as MBTI®, Saville Wave Instrument®, Strong Interest Inventory® and OPQ32®.
She has nearly 2 decades of experience and proven expertise in collaborating with senior management and stakeholders in strategically planning, creating and implementing HR processes and policies designed for business growth. Her responsibilities have included being the Leader of the HR Function, building the talent architecture, driving a culture of learning and being a confidante and mentor for senior management, women leaders and young professionals. Her experience has been in entertainment, energy and IT industries.
She is a keen believer in the symbiotic relationship between people and business, she likes to focus on helping individuals find their inner strengths and act as an enabler to help them achieve their potential. An independent facilitator and career guide since January 2018 and a key resource at Brewathought since it’s inception in Jan 2019. She is also a Faculty for Human Resources with NMIMS as well as a mentor for Human Resources students in TISS.
When she is not conducting workshops, designing HR policies or facilitating career conversations,, she loves to travel and binge-watch sci-fi shows on TV.

Malavika

SAHITYA VASUDEVAN

Sahitya Vasudevan is a multi-skilled training professional who has trained close to 2000 professionals and students across organizations, cities and countries. She has worked with students, entry level professionals, mid mangers and senior management for various communication skills programs. She also works with HR management to understand and identify training needs and develop customized training programs for specific audiences. 
Sahitya started her professional career in 1993 after completing her Master’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication as a copywriter. She spent years in creative writing in advertising, radio & online magazines before she discovered her calling in Learning & Development at HSBC in 2004. She was accredited to conduct several training programs in various capacities in HSBC across business verticals in Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Mumbai & Pune. She also served a Head Training of Centrum Capital Ltd, Mumbai where she designed and developed an in house corporate onboarding program for all new recruits.
